Information-security-act meaning

(legal term) On October 16, 2002, U.S. Representative Christopher John, D-LA, introduced a public sector bill called the Information Security Act. Its purpose was to increase secure information sharing and communications sharing among the agencies affiliated with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
