securities law that outlines the disclosure requirements that small business
issuers must follow under the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities
Exchange Act of 1934. Small business
issuers are companies that have revenues under $25 million (although if
the value of their publicly held stock exceeds $25 million, then they are not
considered a small business).
