White Hat Ethic
Hacker Definition
A philosophy formulated in the Computer
Underground in the 1960s, it
includes two key principles: (1) that access to computers
or to something that might teach people about the how the wired (and now
wireless) world works should be free; and (2) that all information should be
free.
