current enterprise value

A value derived from subtracting out the debt of minority-owned companies from a corporation’s financial statements. This is typically done if the revenues or earnings of the minority-owned company are not included, or consolidated, with the parent’s financial statements. The term is frequently used in the research reports of Wall Street analysts.
