  1. (following by a clause) Providing.
  2. (followed by of and, often, a present participle) With the requirement (of).
  3. (operations, maintenance) When testing or inspection finds an indication of a potential problem.
    Airframes, engines, and electronics are generally repaired on condition, before next flight.
