A stereotypical action pose panel from superhero comic books, where a superhero in flight or falling, lands on the ground with a four point contact formation; consisting of the toes and knee of one leg and foot with bent knee of the other leg, with the torso leaning over and one arm towards the ground, and fist forming the fourth contact point, the other arm being swept back behind the back.
