If you need to return any new, unopened items you order, there is a 20 day window to send it back after obtaining a "Return Material Authorization" (RMA) from a Marine Wholesales rep.
They have a 21-day return policy on new, unopened items, which requires you to get an RMA authorization number from them before you ship the item back.
After using HUD's qualification tool, if you find you do qualify, your next step is to download the Request for Modification and Affidavit (RMA) from HUD's website.
The RMA must be completed along with Tax Form 4506T.
