Proper noun
  1. (Greek mythology) One of the Charites, she is a goddess and personification of relaxation, meditation and hallucinations. She is the wife of Hypnos and the mother of the Oneiroi.
  2. (Greek mythology) One of the Nereids.

From Ancient Greek Πασιθέα (Pasithea, literally “Relaxation, Hallucination”).
