That's the real name of the country NOW not only in Ancient times. The word "greece" was devised from the latin "Greko" which meant the surf or servant and for Hellenes it's kind of derogatory. What you call "Greece" is and has always been Hellas and "Greeks" are and have always been Hellenes.
