noun
infestation with trichomonads; esp.,
- a vaginitis in women caused by a trichomonad (Trichomonas vaginalis) and characterized by a heavy discharge
- a disease of cows caused by a trichomonad (Trichomonas foetus) and producing temporary infertility and sometimes abortion
