Its offerings include both print and Web-site versions of the venerable eWeek, along with Baseline, CIO Insight, Channel Insider, Web Buyers Guide, Developer Shed and others. Its properties were acquired from Ziff Davis Media in 2007 by Insight Venture Partners, creating a new organization for the IT-oriented sites, while Ziff Davis Media retained the consumer sites.
