TAPI
TAPI definition - telecom
A specification for a computer telephony API developed jointly by Microsoft and Intel in response to the problems associated with Telephony Services Application Programming Interface (TSAPI). As an integral part of Microsoft's Windows Open Services Architecture (WOSA), TAPI runs in Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, and Windows NT/2000 environments.
