SRT definition - telecom
As defined in the IEEE 802.1 standard, a bridge protocol that is essentially a combination of source routing protocol (SRP) and spanning tree protocol (STP). The SRT bridge can connect LANs or LAN segments by either method, using source routing with hosts that support it and transparent spanning tree bridging (STP) otherwise.
