SCAI definition - telecom
An application program interface (API) developed in the early phases of computer telephony and subsequently incorporated by the European Computer Manufacturers Association (ECMA) into the Computer Supported Telephony Applications (CSTA) standard. See also computer telephony, CSTA, and ECMA.
