Reference Point R definition - telecom
Also known as the R interface. The ISDN point of reference for the interface between non-ISDN compatible terminal equipment (TE2) and a terminal adapter (TA) that connects on the network side to an S interface of an NT2. See also ISDN, NT2, TA, and TE2.
