In Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS), referring to a Data Link Layer (Layer 2) Virtual Private Network (VPN). Such a network emulates a point-to-point virtual circuit connection, or pseudowire, between two routers or switches.Also commonly referred to as a Draft-Martini VPN.
