presubscription definition - telecom
A procedure by which an end user designates an interexchange carrier (IXC) as the primary carrier for intraLATA or interLATA toll calls on an equal access (i.e., 1+ dialing) basis. See also equal access, interLATA, intraLATA, and IXC.
