PISN

PISN definition - telecom
A private version of Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN). A PISN makes use of the QSIG (Q Signaling) standard that defines services and signaling protocols for interconnecting TDM-based PBXs based on the ITU-T ISDN standard Q.931. See also ISDN, PBX, and QSIG.
