G.dmt definition - telecom
A term sometimes used for asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL), the term G.dmt derives from the fact that ADSL is specified in the ITU-T G Series Recommendations as G.922.1 and employs discrete multitone (DMT) modulation. See also ADSL, DMT, G Series, ITU-T, and modulation.
