Class B ATM traffic definition - telecom
In ITU-T standards for asynchronous transfer mode (ATM), a class of traffic supported by ATM Adaptation Layer 2 (AAL2). Such traffic is connection-oriented, real-time variable bit rate (rt-VBR), isochronous traffic timed between the source and the sink. Compressed audio and video are Class B.
