busy/DA call forwarding definition - telecom
A voice telephone system feature method that allows a station user to program the system to automatically forward calls from the primary, or target, station to another station or perhaps a voice mail system after if the station either is engaged (i.e., busy, or off-hook) or does not answer after a selectable number of rings.
