16-QPSK definition - telecom
A variation on the quadrature phase shift keying (QPSK) signal modulation scheme, 16-QPSK is a quadbit technique that impresses four bits on a baud by defining 16 phase shifts. See also baud, bit, modulation, phase, QPSK, and signal.
