Supreme Soviet
- the legislative body of the Soviet Union: it consisted of two equal chambers, the Soviet of the Union (whose members were elected on the basis of population) and the Soviet of Nationalities (whose members were elected by the various nationality groups)
- a part of the legislative body of Russia
- the legislative body of Uzbekistan
