(rä-bēnˈ räˈbēn), Yitzhak or Itzhak 1922-1995.

Israeli military and political leader who commanded Israeli forces in the Six-Day War (1967) and served as prime minister (1974-1977 and 1992-1995). He shared the 1994 Nobel Peace Prize.
