von Wil·le·brand's disease (vŏn wĭlˈə-brăndzˌ, fôn vĭlˈə-bräntsˌ)
noun A hereditary predisposition to hemorrhaging characterized by bleeding from mucous membranes and various abnormalities in the blood components responsible for clotting. Also called angiohemophilia, vascular hemophilia.
