Turner's syndrome definition - medical
Tur·ner's syndrome (tûrˈnərz)
noun A congenital condition of females associated with a defect or an absence of an X-chromosome, characterized by short stature, webbed neck, outward-turning elbows, shield-shaped chest, sexual underdevelopment, and amenorrhea. Also called XO syndrome.
