Telediagnosis
'Tele' means 'long distance' and 'diagnosis' means 'assessment' or 'examination'. But looking at telediagnosis, it is a medical word, and as such it refers to a medical examination carried out on a patient via a long didstance (or a remote location) using a communication device which takes the data and automatically sends feedback to the monitoring officer.
