Shy-Dra·ger syndrome (shīˈdrāˈgər)
noun A progressive disorder of the brain and spinal cord affecting the autonomic nervous system and characterized by low blood pressure, atrophy of the iris, incontinence, the absence of sweating, impotence in males, tremor, and muscle wasting.
