pu·bo·coc·cy·ge·us (pyo͞oˌbō-kŏk-sĭjˈē-əs)
noun A muscle formed of the fibers of the elevator muscle of the anus, arising from the pelvic surface of the body of the pubis, and attaching to the coccyx.
