pre·cu·ne·us (prē-kyo͞oˈnē-əs)
noun pl. pre·cu·ne·i (-nē-īˌ) A division of the medial surface of each cerebral hemisphere between the cuneus and the paracentral lobule. Also called quadrate lobe.
