pec·to·ril·o·quy (pĕkˌtə-rĭlˈə-kwē)
noun Transmission of the voice sound through the pulmonary structures so that it is unusually audible on auscultation of the chest, indicating either consolidation of the lung parenchyma or the presence of a large cavity.
