Mauriceau's maneuver definition - medical
Mau·ri·ceau's maneuver (mô-rē-sōzˈ)
noun A method of delivering the head in an assisted breech delivery in which the infant's body is supported by the right forearm while traction is made upon the shoulders by the left hand.
