Lesch-Ny·han syndrome (lĕshˈnīˈən)
noun A metabolic disorder that occurs in males, is associated with an enzyme deficiency, and is characterized by hyperuricemia and uric acid urolithiasis, choreoathetosis, mental retardation, spastic cerebral palsy, and self-mutilation of fingers and lips by biting.
