Lam·bert-Eaton syndrome (lămˈbərt-)
noun Progressive proximal muscle weakness in individuals with carcinoma, in the absence of dermatomyositis or polymyositis. Also called carcinomatous myopathy, Eaton-Lambert syndrome.
