Jou·bert's syndrome (zho͞o-bĕrzˈ)
noun A syndrome of neurological disorders caused by agenesis of the vermis of the brain and characterized by attacks of tachypnea or prolonged apnea, abnormal eye movements, ataxia, and mental retardation.
