Jof·froy's sign (zhô-frwäzˈ)
noun- An indication of exophthalmic goiter in which the facial muscles remain immobile when the eyeballs are rolled upward.
- An indication of the early stages of brain disease in which an individual is unable to mentally compute simple mathematical calculations.
