infraspinatus definition - medical
in·fra·spi·na·tus (ĭnˌfrə-spī-nāˈtəs)
noun A muscle with origin from the infraspinous fossa of the scapula, with insertion to the great tubercle of the humerus, with nerve supply from the suprascapular nerve, and whose action extends the arm and rotates it laterally.
