homatropine definition - medical
ho·mat·ro·pine (hō-mătˈrō-pēnˌ)
noun An anticholinergic drug used in its bromide form to dilate the pupil of the eye and in combination with hydrocodone to prevent overdosage of that drug. Also called mandelytropine.
