Gaucher's disease
noun A rare familial disorder of fat metabolism due to a glucocerebrosidase deficiency and characterized by enlargement of the liver and spleen, lymphadenopathy, and bone destruction. Also called cerebroside lipidosis, cerebrosidosis.
