flatfoot definition - medical
flat·foot (flătˈfo͝otˌ)
noun pl. flat·feet (-fētˌ) A condition in which the arch of the foot is abnormally flattened down so that the entire sole makes contact with the ground. Also called splayfoot, talipes planus.
