fibrinoid definition - medical
fi·bri·noid (fīˈbrə-noidˌ, fĭbˈrə-)
adjective Of or resembling fibrin.
noun A homogenous acellular material that resembles fibrin and is found in the placenta, forms in connective tissue and in the walls of blood vessels in certain diseases, and is sometimes observed in healing wounds and malignant hypertension.
