desulfurase definition - medical
de·sul·fur·ase (dē-sŭlˈfə-rāsˌ, -rāzˌ)
noun An enzyme that catalyzes the removal of sulfur, usually as hydrogen sulfide, from organic compounds. Also called desulfhydrase.
