de Lang·e's syndrome (də lăngˈēz, längˈəz) or Cor·ne·lia de Lange's syndrome (kôr-nēlˈyə)
noun A syndrome of unknown cause characterized by mental retardation, short stature, thick eyebrows and low hairline, and flat, spadelike hands with short tapering fingers. Also called Amsterdam syndrome.
