centronuclear myopathy definition - medical
cen·tro·nu·cle·ar myopathy (sĕnˌtrō-no͞oˈklē-ər)
noun Slowly progressing generalized muscle weakness and atrophy, beginning in childhood, in which the nuclei of most muscle fibers are located near the center rather than at the periphery of the fiber. Also called myotubular myopathy.
