bys·si·no·sis (bĭsˌĭ-nōˈsĭs)
noun A form of pneumoconiosis that affects cotton, flax, and hemp workers and is characterized by symptoms, such as wheezing, that are most severe at the beginning of each work week. Also called brown lung disease.
