  1. A benign retention cyst of the mammary gland in fibrocystic disease, containing a light yellow fluid that gives the cyst a blue color when seen through the surrounding tissue.
  2. One of a number of small dark-blue nodules or cysts in the vaginal fornix caused by retained menstrual blood in endometriosis affecting this region.
