revival
revival definition - legal
n
A reinstitution of a former
will or deed that had been revoked by virtue of a later document. Of course,
that later document must be destroyed or cancelled. Although some jurisdictions
automatically recognize the earlier will upon the cancellation of the later
one, most jurisdictions require its republication or some other affirmation.
