Activity that is planned,
agreed upon, arranged, and carried out by parties acting together with the
shared intent to pursue some scheme or cause. Typically, each party involved is
civilly and criminally liable for the actions of all the other parties committed
in furtherance of the scheme or cause. Also called concert of action. See also conspiracy, tortfeasor, and concert of action rule.
