IANA or Internet Assigned Numbers Authority Hacker Definition
One of the key bodies
overseeing Internet networking. IANA governs top-level domainsrepresented by
the final part of Web domain names, such as .com, .org, or .edu. It also
governs IP address allocation and
TCP and UDP port number assignment.
