Homeland Security Act of 2002 Hacker Definition

Brought by U.S. Representative Richard Armey, R-TX, to the Standing Committee in the House on July 10, 2002. Amendments were made by the Committee on Homeland Security on July 24, 2002. The legislation was passed by the House and Senate as of November 25, 2002 and was signed by President George W. Bush as Public Law 107-296 to establish the Department of Homeland Security.
